Each year all around the world, International Olympic Day on 23 June is celebrated with a range of activities. These activities also highlight the culture of the Olympics so that the younger generations may know the true meaning of the Olympic Games, as well as promoting domestic tourism. In 2022, the event committee has organised walk-run activities, and competitions and demonstrations of sports included in the Youth Olympics underlining the readiness of the country in its submission to host the 2030 Summer Youth Olympic.
