9 December 2015, MANILA / The Philippines - The Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) with co-operation of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) and the Chamber of Commerce of the Philippine Islands (CCPI) organises the road show in the Philippines to promote Thailand’s businesses potential, provide networking opportunities with Thailand’s 7 leading professional exhibitionorganizers in automotive & logistic, food & agriculture, energy, and health & wellness from Thailand. The new global marketing campaign ‘Thailand Extra Exhibition’ has been launched to offer the Philippines business with extra benefits and better connections from the country’s new level of sophistication and a wide spectrum of services.

In accordance with royal Thai government’s policy, the two nations reaffirmed their commitment to enhance their “Partnership for Prosperity” through stronger cooperation in trade and investments, people-to-people exchanges, and security. The Philippines is Thailand’s vital trade counterpart and the two countries have expanded their relations through bilateral cooperation in key area such as agriculture, science and technology and much more. To expanding trade value among the two countries, TCEB together with international trade show organizer from Thailand is here today to enhance cooperation in exhibition industry as it will be one of the imperative factors to drive growth of both nations’ economy.

Exhibitions in Thailand reached a milestone with a record 103 trade shows in 2015. This year the country expects to welcome 190,400 international exhibition delegates, generating a total of 17 billion baht.
